The Terms and Conditions for the use of AIS Online Store website ("the
Terms and Conditions") apply to the User of AIS Online Store website ("AIS Online Store").
The Terms and Conditions define the details, procedures, rights, and responsibilities
associated with AIS Online Store usage. The individuals who desire
to
use AIS
Online Store are recommended to thoroughly read and understand
the Terms and Conditions before accepting and using AIS Online Store.
The use of AIS Online Store is solely performed under the User’s
desire, and the User willingly accepts and complies with
the Terms and Conditions. In case the
User desires not to accept and binding to the Terms and Conditions, the User will not
be
able to use AIS Online Store
and the User can cease to perform in any procedures
immediately.
In the event that the User has agreed to use AIS
Online Store, it shall be deemed to be bound by the Terms
and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions may be modified or amended appropriately to ensure compliance
with
relevant laws and regulations. If
any modifications or amendments are made, notification
will be provided through the AIS Online Store or by other
specified methods. The User agrees to comply with any
additional Terms and Conditions until they decide to
discontinue the use of AIS Online Store.
1. Definitions.
“AIS Online Store” means online
platform
for sale products/services of AIS Group through website or
application, etc.
“Company” means
Advanced Wireless Network Company Limited.
“User” means
individual who purchase products/services on AIS Online Store.
“myAIS account”
means the User account for accessing to
purchase products/services on AIS Online Store, which is
the User account for accessing myAIS
application and other services of AIS
Group.
“Password” means
password in the form of letters, characters, numbers, or
other symbols which created by the User to use with myAIS account on AIS
Online
Store.
“OTP : One Time Password”
means a single-use
password in the form of letters, characters, numbers, or
other symbols generated by the Company and sent via SMS to
mobile phone number or email used to demonstrate the relationship
and confirm that the User is the one conducting the transaction
2. To purchase products/services
on AIS Online Store, the User must use myAIS account (mobile phone
number and/or email) and Password. If the User has not registered myAIS
account, the User must create their own username and Password and
agree to the Terms
and Conditions for the use of myAIS account,
which are provided hereunder. This registration is
required only for the first purchase. For subsequent purchases,
the
User can proceed immediately by using myAIS
account and
Password.
3. Any detailed information provided by the User on AIS
Online Store, such as mobile phone number and/or email, Password,
address, credit card account,
bank account, etc., is
certified by the User to be their own information and accurate
in all respects.
4. Any purchase of products/services
made by the User or the User’s permitted
person using their myAIS account (mobile
phone number and/or email) and Password, or
by a
person impersonating the User with or without intentional or negligent actions, shall
be
deemed
completed and binding to the User. If
any damages arising from such transactions, the User, as the
owner
of myAIS account and Password,
accepts responsibility for
such purchase of products/services or other transactions
in all respects without dispute or claim for compensation
from the Company.
5. The User agrees that any copies, evidence, or other
documents that the Company creates and/or
records in the recording system regarding the purchase of
products/services or other transactions on AIS Online
Store are accurate.
The User agrees to allow the Company to collect, use, or disclose personal data,
including
behavior related to using services with AIS
Online Store, for the purpose of service provision and
service efficiency improvement, communication, offering
various privileges to the User. This may involve the necessity to
transfer or disclose such datato AIS Group or the
Company’s partners as the
counterparties or legal relations according to the law, as
well as to cloud platforms located overseas. This is done for the
purpose of providing AIS Online Store services and/or for the benefit
of purchasing products/services, browsing products/services,
payment, delivery, other privileges, etc.,
as per the User's preference, and for sending or publicizing messages and other
privileges,
including informing
the User about interesting data regarding products,
services, promotions and other offers. All such
datawill be protected
according to personal data protection standards and in
accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Companies in AIS
Group https://www.ais.th/privacy-notice/en/.
6. The Company shall not be responsible for any damages
resulting
from communication,
computer system, or power outage that make AIS Online Store unavailable.
7. AIS Online Store is a channel that connects with banking
applications or credit
card systems to facilitate the User's payment for products/services
according to the User's order only. Any
deduction or invoicing from the User's bank or credit card
account, including products/services refund, is an agreement
between
the account or credit card owner and the bank
or credit card provider. The Company
shall not be related in any respects.
8. The User agrees to not use AIS Online Store for
other trading objectives and/or
engage in any illicit actions or actions
against good morals through this website, including delivering or
transmitting virus programs or other
programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or damage computer
programs,
telecommunication equipment, or other
equipment.
9. The User acknowledges that the personal data used for any transactions or purchases of products/services
on
AIS Online Store
shall be transmitted over the public internet. AIS Online Store
shall
take caution and implement measures to
prevent third parties from accessing such personal data.
10. In the event that the User
become aware that a third party is using
their myAIS account and
Password without the User's consent in any purposes, the
User must notify the Company via AIS Contact Center call 1175,
available 24 hours every day.
11. The User can exchange or return products/services or terminate
the
sale and
purchase agreement within 7 days from the date of
receiving such products/services. The User
must
notify the Company in writing and provide the receipt and other refund documents
according
to the Company’s terms and conditions. The
Company shall proceed to exchange the products/services or fully
refund the User regard for the amount of such
products/services
within 15 days after receiving such notice with all
related refund documents completed.
The User has read and thoroughly understood the Terms and Conditions of using AIS Online
Store and shall be deemed to have accepted the
conditions as prescribed in the above Terms and Conditions
in all respects. If the User does not
accept the Terms and Conditions, the User may not access to
use AIS Online Store service.
The Terms and Conditions for the use of myAIS account (“the
Terms and Conditions”)
apply to AIS mobile phone Subscribers, including both postpaid
and prepaid Subscribers, a Fixed Broadband Service Subscribers such as AIS Fibre or
that will be added in the future, and other general
individuals who register for myAIS account and
use myAIS account in accordance with
the
specified Terms and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions define the details, procedures, rights, and

The individuals
who desire to use myAIS account are

The use of myAIS account is

agree to comply with any additional Terms and Conditions
until they decide to discontinue the use of myAIS account.
1. Definitions
"
myAIS account " means
the user account for accessing myAIS
Application, and is used for various purposes,
such as accessing myAIS for
checking and viewing information related to AIS mobile
phone services, AIS Fibre, using or
receiving privileges, redeeming points, purchasing
products/services, and placing an order for products/services
on
the AIS Online Store website (the “AIS
Online
Store”) or
accessing other applications that will be available for
use in the future.
"Company" means Advanced
Wireless Network Company Limited.
"User(s)" means
individual who use myAIS account to
access myAIS
Application,
to place an order for products/services
on AIS Online Store, or to access the other applications that may
be made available in the future, and Users use and register their mobile phone
numbers
and/or email and agree with
the Terms and Conditions.
"OTP: One Time Password" means a
single-use password, in the
form of letters, characters, numbers, or other symbols
generated by the Company and sent via SMS to the mobile
phone number or email used for myAIS account registration. It is used to establish a
relationship and confirm the User's registration with myAIS
account.
"Personal Identification Number (PIN)"
means the code created by the User
to be used in conjunction with myAIS account. in the
form of a 6-digit
numeric PIN, letters, characters, numbers, other symbols, or other
formats as may specify by the Company in the future.
2. Creating
myAIS account
2.1 Users must register myAIS account
through
myAIS
Application, or on AIS Online Store, or
any other channels as specified by the Company.
2.2 To register for myAIS account,
Users are required to provide their mobile phone number
and/or email. The Company will
authenticate your information by sending the OTP to the
mobile phone number and/or email. Users
are responsible to keep the OTP strictly confidential
and do not share to others in order
to prevent it from being misused. In the event
that
the register of myAIS account
process
is verified by using the OTP, the
Company will consider this transaction as the actions of the actual User.
2.3 After the Company verifies the User’s
identity, Users will then be required to create and set
their own PIN. Once the registration process is complete,
Users
can immediately use myAIS account to access
the various services provided on
the myAIS Application
or on AIS Online Store.
2.4 In the event that Users cannot remember the PIN,
Users have the option to request or change the PIN by
themselves through the myAIS
Application, on
AIS Online Store, or any other channels as
specified by the Company.
3. User
Rights and Responsibilities
3.1 Users must keep the myAIS account or
other any code that identifies the User’s identity
confidential and are prohibited
from allowing
any person to use the myAIS account under any
circumstances. Users
cannot transfer or assign ownership of their myAIS account to
any other person.
3.2 Users acknowledge that logging in with myAIS
account and
PIN to access any services provided by the Company allows continuous access without
the
need for repeated logins. However,
Users are recommended to log in with myAIS account and
set
a new PIN every 3 months.
3.3 Any transactions made using myAIS account and
PIN, whether performed by the User
themselves, an attorney, or any person to whom the User
has given permission to use myAIS account and PIN, or any unauthorized person who
uses myAIS account and
PIN, whether intentionally or negligently, the said
transactions are considered to be valid and complete and
binding on the actual User. If a transaction involves any
charges,
fees, or expenses, or if it causes any losses, the
User, as the owner of myAIS account, is
responsible for such transactions in every aspect and
cannot dispute or claim compensation from the Company.
3.4 Users have a duty to immediately inform the Company
if they found or have reason to believe that their myAIS
account has
been used by someone else or that there has been
unauthorized access to their myAIS account. Users
can report such incidents by
contacting AIS Contact Center at 1175,
24 hours a day, every day. The
Company will take prompt actions to assist. To
enhance the security of using myAIS account, the Company
recommends
that Users create a complex and hard-to-guess PIN, which is
used exclusively with the myAIS account.
3.5 Users who are Subscribers or present themselves as
Subscribers of AIS mobile phone services, including both
postpaid and prepaid Subscribers, Subscribers of AIS Fibre a Fixed Broadband
Service, or other services that may be introduced in the
future are allowed to add the numbers to use within their
myAIS
account, subject to the
conditions, procedures, and methods specified by the
Company. The Users agree that they are solely
responsible for all actions and transactions carried out through their myAIS
account.
3.6 Users agree and acknowledge that the Company shall
not be liable for any damage caused to Users arising from
the use of myAIS account, unauthorized
access, use or hacktivism, or for any reason, unless in case of deception
or gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Company.
4. Cancellation
The Company may suspend or terminate Users’ myAIS account
immediately in the
following cases:
4.1 The Company found that the mobile phone number’s owner/ holder has been changed,
or the number has been terminated or disconnected from AIS database.
4.2 The Users request to cancel the use of myAIS
account.
4.3 The Users no longer have a registered mobile phone
number, email, social media account, or Fixed Broadband
Service number used with myAIS account in the system.
4.4 The Company terminates the myAIS account
service,
with advance notification through
the myAIS Application
or other channels as specified by the Company.
5. Protection
of Personal Data
Users agree to allow the Company to collect,
use, or disclose personal data, including behavior relating use of services
with myAIS account, for
the purpose of service provision and service efficiency
improvement, communication, offering various privileges to
the Users and may involve the necessity to transfer or disclose such
data to AIS Group or the Company’s partners as the
counterparties or legal relations according to the law, as
well as cloud platforms located overseas. This is done for
the purpose of providing myAIS account services and/or for the benefit of Users
in selecting and/or purchasing products/services as per the Users' preferences. All
such data will be protected according to personal data
protection standards and in accordance with the Privacy
Policy of the Companies in AIS Group https://www.ais.th/privacy-notice/en/.
The Users have read and thoroughly understood the Terms and Conditions for the use
of
AIS Online Store Website and the Terms and
Conditions for the use of myAIS account (“Terms and
Conditions”) and shall be
deemed to have accepted the conditions as prescribed in
the above Terms and Conditions in all respects. If the Users
do
not accept the Terms and Conditions, the Users
may not access to use AIS Online
Store and myAIS account service.
